All you can do is try to get the latest drivers for
your sound card. If that doesn't work you'll have to
wait till you get xp, or try a different sound card.

Donna,
oh. The Tools menu in Windows Explorer. Okay. I've worked with it plenty
of times, though I don't understand right now how changing anything there
will dictate to Real Player which file types to include in its scan for
music files. If you can explain that, that'd be nice.
As for

I don't believe it! You must have voodoo! Since you said it works for you, I
went ahead and tried again to trigger the Burn your CD button, in either
of the usual manners. When I press the space bar on the button, the player
starts, and not the burner, as before. But, when I press

I'm not familiar with any of those other programs you ask about. I've only
ever used Easy CD-DA and RealPlayer.
As for the file types issue -- as I said to you in a previous message, i
don't think the list of file types you were looking at in RealPlayer was

Angel,
To download tracks from the Real Music Store is $0.99 per track (about the
going rate, I think). But to be able to burn them to a CD or transfer them
to a portable device, you need to upgrade the RealPlayer to a Premium
player. That costs about $13.00 per month, after the free 14-day
