I couldn't agree more. After you make the slight adjustment, they work great. Not only are they a good low cost alternative, they sound good. You can also use them with batteries, something which could prove helpful. I had one running constantly for about a year and didn't have a bit of trouble

The C Crane adjustment being referred to is not meant to be changed. It's hidden behind a label which has to be peeled off. I've never seen the unit so can't advise more specifically. I suppose it's technically illegal to change the setting and that's why it's set as it is. Maybe they sell

Hi, If you check very very carefully, there is a small rectangular label in the back of the unit. It is almost undecernable, but it can be peeled off, thus exposing three screw holes. The one closes to the edge is the one you need. You'll need a jeweler's screwdriver, or, at least
