Xitle (I'm not sure of the spelling) makes a hi-fi digital/analog
converter for about $50 that connects to a usb port and has rca
connectors at the far end. It's pretty slick.

HI Judy, I think when you select the file you are playing, hit the finder
button,
arrow down twice and hit the record button twice. have someone sighted verify
this
for you. I haven't done it for a long time.be careful not to get into the setup
menus.

Ken,
I'm no expert since I am just learning the program and have done very little
with it thus far.
If you listen the to the goldwave tutorial Number 5 on the blindgeekzone,
Rick goes through all the steps needed to make a recording.
Also there are other tutorials for goldwave on For-the-people.
Hi,
the correct address is:

shift delete will completely delete whatever file
shift delete will completely delete whatever file or folderyou
have highlighted hitting the delete key will move it to the recycle bin in
your computer as the card in the r09 will act just like a drive on your
computer containing files. chris

Also, wmp doesn't have inside it a way to play *.ogg files that I know of,
or m4A, m4B, and others. M4A are superlative for low bit rate, far
outstripping *.ogg for sound quality. I have made m4A files using Easy CD-DA
Extractor at 20Kbps which are really superlative!

Hi,
As the subject says I want to know, if someone here has tried out this
program and checked it for accessibility? Acoustica seams to have many great
qualities at a fair price.
There are so many quite good audio editors out there, and we need to dig
into this world to ensure we're not just
I use their file conversion program and setting it up is difficult. Once
configured, it's easy to use. See if hey offer a trial.

So you can't recommend it as an audio editor for trimming and editing audio

High Randy,
Those little speakers that you mentioned are called, satellites.
That big one, is called a subwoofer.
You can use any brand of speaker system with your computer.
The higher priced ones, have a better sound then the cheaper ones do.

Ok, have you set up the FREEDB? First of all you have to set EAC to
auto mode so that when a CD is inserted the software will look up the
database, you'll find what you want in the various options pains, f9
through f12 respectively.

Very good, its possible that the CD you inserted may not be in the
database, FREEDB is far from complete, perhaps you can try another
FREEDB server.
