High Larry,
Yes I did.
I haven't had any problems with it yet, but the guy I spoke to yesterday,
said that it had a lot of graphics in it.
That's what got me thinking about Jaws scripts.
But I see now, that they aren't really needed.

PS. Is there a way that a totally blind person can
High Jerry,
I'm concerned about this because MP3's don't really sound all that grate to
me.
Maybe there is something wrong with my ears, but if it's a loscy file of
some kind that I'm listening to, I can hear a faint ringing noise in the 60
to 120 HZ range.
And that is bother some to me.
But
I don't know of a difference between WMA and lossless WMA. I thought
WMA was pretty much a lossless format regardless. Alls I know is what I
read in the manual and hear from Creative technical assistance, that they
play MP3 and WMA with no reference to lossless WMA.

I did, but uninstalled it as there are better programs that will do the same
thing as mixpad, programs which are more accessible, and more packed with
features. For example, if I want to mix a file now, I use Studio Recorder

hi. Ok, maybe my ears have just never been trained to hear these
sounds. I can definitely tell if an mp3 has a lot of artifacts, like
for example if a badly encoded mp3 has artifacts you'll hear a sort
of swishy sound, that's the best way to describe it, especially with
higher frequency
I know what he's describing. many compressed files, especially heard when using
good headphones, the sound seeems too compressed - not producing all the
different frequencies you might hear in the background as meant by the producer
of the track.
In addition, yes, there is WMA, WMA variable
Hi
Keep in touch. If we can swap info about DC7 we may be able to improve upon
its accessibility. It certainly is very effective.

Well, a quick search with Yahoo! says that the Zen Stone doesn't support
lossless formats. It does look like Windows Media Player, and maybe
Creative Media Lite, automatically converts lossless formats into a
lossy file format when copying the files to the Zen Stone.
