Problem with Voices

Hello, I have managed to obtain a copy of Sapi 5 Michael and Michelle, however whenever I use it, when reaching the end of what it tries to say, the volume suddenly drops a few DB. I can only resolve this by turning the volume of Window-Eyes or the voice down. Can anyone suggest a possible way
