xtreme and probably the most accessible recorder on the market at present.
It also probably gives you jmore recording options than the olympus series.

A RAR file is a compressed archive, not unlike ZIP. You need to extract
your media files from the RAR file first. I use 7-Zip from
http://www.7-zip.org/ to manage RAR files, but there are a lot of choices.

If you do a Google search for 7zip, you will get this very good free archive
program that among other formats handles .rar format. Rar is an archive
format like .zip. You have to unpack the files before you can play them.
There are lots of other programs that will do the job as well.
