I'd add you have to have a queue at the beginning of the file or it won't
include that part.

Switch from http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html. It has a free version
which will extract audio from MPG's. There's also a Switch Plus which is a
paid upgrade, but the free version of Switch has always done everything I've
needed it to do.
