David and Mark, Just tried David's suggestion regarding skipping around in Windows Media Player 11 and this works with arrow keys alone and with control or shift combinations. I also tried getting a WMA file to play in Winamp and wasn't successful. Here is a little more info on the problem:

I, I have a turtle beach Santa Cruz card in my back up PC. This card is almost ten years old and it is by far, the best little card for XP and the jaws screen reader. Clear with no pops, cracks or stuttering. The only place you can find one is on EBay. You can grab one for around $10. hthe
