Either she wasn't very clear with me on this, or she was just plane incorrect

I think that you can set a start and an end timer on the pocket the
way you could the PTR2. you have to do it under the custom recording mode.

I found the modifiers by trial and error, just hoping that there might be some
way to change the increment. I've since seen them mentioned for wmp 12 on a
microsoft windows blog, but it seems crazy that they are not included in the
list of shortcuts in help.
