Hi, You will search for a bluetooth class one wireless audio system. Class one on both ends will provide up to 300 FT range at least theoretically. Look at this one at a start.

Hi Simon, I bought a unit from the following link. It has an output power of 500mW which should give you the range you need and the price is quite reasonable. It transmits in the standard FM radio range.
