Im trying to listen to the 6 nations rugby union match between Scotland
and Italy which was played last Saturday. But the link does not seem to
load. Can someone please check this out for me? Perhaps the problem is on
my side.

If your audio settings and microphone are good, it is a good quality. At
least for me. It is better than other softwares I tested before. Total
recorder is better, but again, the down side is that you have to launch
it manually.

Yeah you can! Don't worry it is a very normal executable format just
like .exe. Many other programs have the same format. Kurzweil 1000 is an
example.

Hi Andre,
As far as I know there are two 5 live channels of the BBC the first is
5 Live
and the second one is
5 Live Sports Xtra
And I can tune into both with no problem.
If you want install

Hi Andre,
I can't get it to play either. I go to that link, press the listen
in pop-out player link and a new window opens. It acts as if it's
playing because the play button becomes a pause button, but I can't
hear anything.

Hello Roger,
Well you have used all the tools which I would have thought should give
you extracted audio, obviously though, they will not work where
protection is in force. I guess to get the job done, although not in a
timely manner, I'd make analogue recordings of the source discs, set

Don't worry.

Hi Andre,
I tried the link both with and without my VPN connection and got the
annoying this content doesn't seem to be working message. Though it's

Hi!
I have been a satisfied user of tapin radio for quite some time and I use both
those channels on a weekly basis.
This one however seems to be a link where you can listen to a match broadcast
last Saturday.

So the problem seems to lie with the bbc then.

How close are you to the northern Irish border? If you are close enough can

Alexandra,
Recording streams with this program is really easy. All you need do
is open an audio stream, and look for the playback\rec option with
your tab key, press enter, and start recording. If you are recording
an AAC stream, it will convert to mp3 on the fly, so you don't have
to worry
Hi!
But isn't bbc blocking listeners from other countries or is this changed?

Hi Larry,
Yes, I agree, Screamer is great. I think I misunderstood your question a
little because I was wondering if there was a way to record the aac stream
without it being converted which would result in having the original quality
in which the stream was broadcast. I would prefer that to a
Let me throw in a word about Tapin Radio: if you are going to use Tapin
Radio to schedule anything, one __must_ have the pro version as the free
version does not allow scheduling!

You select software recording moad under recording settings, then hit
the advanced button next to it, then you check the first checkbox in
there and hit ok and you good to go. Just set your levels and your

Thanks Tom for that info. TR is the same way, so
needless to say, I am using the pro version. Sure
wish TR would include AAC in their recorded
stream options, but who knows, licensing cost may
be at issue with that. Anyway, it is nice to have
this option, though it might not be the
