A good alternative to Juce as a podcatcher?

Hi folks. I have been using Juice a while for catching podcasts, however when it started redownloading episodes i already had listened to time and time again, i decided to drop it and now i'm on the lookout for a good podcatcher. Anyone have any suggestions? I have checked out Replay AV, but
