Up until this morning, I've been using version 10 of Easy CDDA
Extractor. I recently used it to convert a batch of files from FLAC
to APE format and discovered that, after conversion, the APE files had
lost their time information records. This turned out to be a bug in
the Monkey's Audio 3.99

which I downloaded a few hours ago smile many bugs have been ironed
out in this version so the problem you're having may be one of those.
