Perhaps people on this list have had to deal with this situation.
I have a collection of DAT tapes here so its time to sort through them
all an sample what needs to be sampled to the computer and call it
quits.

I've just gone and had a look at this device and its exactly what I
require, my only complaint is that it doesn't have a connection for an
external power supply but runs on a 9 volt battery but still, better
than nothing.
