The major thing I thought you can't do with audacity is selecting. That's
pretty major, really. How is it that those guys that make those mash-ups
that Adam Curry once played on the daily source code make stuff just the
right speed, remove vocals
the unmixing concept.

How much is gold wave? How much is the aformentioned? I like all functions
of a program to be accessible to a blind person, I'd pay money for
goldwave
or sound forge (although sound forge is, well, a bit off my budget for a
computer program

I wonder if anyone can recomend a good program that can do pitchshifting.
I do not like either goldwave or soundforges pitchshifting.
I was talking to a guy in a music store and he recomended a program but i
really do not remember the name of that.
It wasnt cuebas or cakewalk.
