I guess my question is:
Specifically, what are the steps in order to locate this forced screen
reader mode or whatever it is called? I don't know where to look for it.
The help talks about somewhere in the startmenue.

I also discovered that you need to use your alternate cursor in order to
find force screenreader mode.
