Hi,
I haven't gone through all of the files yet, but from what I've heard,
and I did a few tests in MP3 they didn't skip at all. It could be that
it skips later in the files, but I don't think so. I'll keep posted as
to how it works out with pauses and such.
I'm recording into OGG at q1.0 with a
butI get skips when I record directly to mp3 so I just record to wave.

Hi all,
I'm currently doing my recording. I found out that CDEx has a recorder,
which I forgot about. It doesn't use temporary files like GoldWave and
the others you mentioned, it encodes in realtime directly to any of the
encoders available in the rip settings. This makes it quicker to pause,
total recorder will do that and so will goldwav.

What radio station is it? Do they broadcast on the Internet in Windows Media
or Winamp streams? If so there is a program that would do recordings
directly into MP3 called Screamer Radio that has now over 2000 radio
stations within itself and you can also add others to favorites. You can
check it at
Yeah, twenty gigs would cover it.
at around 10 megs a minute and if you stop the recording during ads, it
should work.
say the countdown would be at max twen hours
You're lookin at 6 gigs of disc space used.
