Sylvester, When you open Total Recorder, you should have focus on the Recording source & Parameters button. Press space on this button and then shift+tab four times to get to the Change button. Press space on Change and you will be in the area where you can choose the output parameters for your file. You can choose from one of the pre-defined formats, such as MP3 near high quality, or choose your own parameters and save your choices as a new format.
