Hi Jeff
Did you try going into your system tray with insert plus s and
accessing the program that way? Sometimes even though the replay A/V
main window can be closed, the program is still running.
Give that a try and hopefully that'll do the trick.

If you are using window-eyes 5.0, as Jeff *clearly* indicated in his
post, insert plus s, is in fact the keystroke used to access the system tray.
He does not use JAWS, so insert f11 would not help
