Shoutcast plugin question

Hey guys, Trying to set the encoder for the shoutcast plugin. I don't see a 96 or 128K availability. Am I mising something. It brings me in to a list box, and says there are 41 choices, and 96 or 128 is not an option. Thoughts? Thanks, Jed ___
