The way Flash is usefull to you is Youtube forinstance. That's what plays
videos. Although, once all goes to HTML 5, then they won't be needed.

I finally got Adobe Flash player 12 installed and although I did uncheck the
box that offered the Google Crome, somehow the stinker still installed
itself on my machine. I've tried to remove it with Revo uninstaller and I've
tried the normal Windows uninstall, but I still can't get rid of
