Windows media player has a volume normalizer. I'm not sure where it is- but its in the main tab there, when you go to burn a cd- right by crossfade if I'm not mistaken. Have a good day from Tyler C. Wood! contact details: email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] msn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] skype: the_conman283

Hi Tyler, Thanks for your suggestion. Will check it out. I had a old version of Nero, but cannot get it to work on this new Vista machine, and in there I could equalize. Thanks again, Morey Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this

hi, open all the files using batch prosessing. then in the afect tab choose add afect. then choose maxumize volume and then choose full dinamic range. depending on how many files you have you could also open them one at a time and do the same thing. - Original Message - From: Morey

Hello, Don't own sound fordge but there is a program named MP3gain that does exactly what you want. You can point it to a folder of mp3's and it will normalize them all. mike constantine (on laptop) wrote: Hi I'm not sure about sound forge, but in gold wave, when you do a batch process,

The advantage of using MP3GAIN over programs such as Sound Forge and Goldwave is that the changes MP3Gain makes are completely lossless. There is no quality lost in the change because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without decoding and re-encoding. It is free and you can download
