if you want to increase the number of old shows to fetch you can do that in
the output tab of the podcast properties. the defalt number is 3 but you can

Yes, I do this all the time. In fact I'm in the process of getting a new
sound card to disable my integrated one because it's throwing fits. But
yes you can successfully run two sound cards. I use my integrated one
for speech and windows sounds. I

seems the internal can't work fast enough for some reason when set this way.
I should've disabled the internal card and put 2 different kinds of PCI in.
Maybe a better idea would've been to get one of the Delta 1010
