Yes, pogo at pogoproducts.com has the Radio Your Way LX, which allows for input recording via a mini plug. It also has am/fm radio built right into the player with timer recording capabilities. there was however speculation they were discontinuing the item here in the states due to a law suit

It makes no difference which program you use the best you will be able to do is push the vocals farther back but the only way to fully remove them is to have the original tracks so you could cut out that track alone. An mp3 is already mixed down thus every track is blended. - Original
