I don't know if it is widely known but there have been some battery
issues with the Zoom H1 by all accounts. I've had to send mine back due
to problems with the capacitors which cause pulsing on recordings and
make the battery go flat even when not in use.Hope useful

Yes indeed! I've been aware of that ever since version 4 I think its been
smile, and the ability to customize and assign keyboard shortcuts is one of
the main reasons why I'm continuing to talk about how great the software is for
not just recording purposes either, with the Professional version
I only had the printed manual and perhaps manual isn't the best way to describe
it because there's nothing much to read smile but at least I got that useful
scrap of information smile.
