Shashi,

You have to set Fast Skip to folder. It can be set to plus minus ten
tracks, off and folder. I don't know in which menu category it is, but
this shouldn't be a problem with a sighted helper.

 I have Iriver IHP20, a wonderful little machine. When I bought

brief push of the Navi button to the right skipped to the next track
