When I try to click on the mp3 high link, my computer tells me that Internet Explorer cannot load the web page. Well, that's very strange because every other computer I have (including my office computer) has no problems with it. Even my very sluggish computer can load that particular web page and open it with Windows Media Player. This station is becoming more important to me and I'll be needing to listen to it more and more, but it would be preferable to use my primary computer for this. Now, you might ask yourselves whether or not IE is loading other web pages. Yes it is. No problems there. Also, you may ask if I can pick up other websites with similar stations and listen to them. Indeed I can. There's also a Listen Live section and there is an option for high bandwidth for stereo, and that doesn't seem to work either. It's as if IE doesn't want to read that for some reason. RE: Question about listening to audio on a website
On my Vista system, I had similar inability to access that high-quality feed. However, I used the WMF link, which entailed installing the Abacast plug-in. Once I did this, the stream played fine in Windows Media Player. I believe that high-quality mp3 link is defective, or at least non-standard. I use Winamp and the player is not the problem; it is the structure of the .m3u file itself I believe.
