Just go to msconfig and uncheck the program from starting up.
I found that the software that came with my mp3+ actually made my rather
fast laptop fall over and die, until I unloaded all the stupid software
it comes with.
I did install the drivers, since they are better than the included
Ah thanks for that Patrick, wasn't exactly sure if taking it out of
msconfig would cause any adverse effects. But we'll have my friend do
that then.
When I was on the phone with her yesterday she was a nervous reck
until we rebooted her system and things seemed to work well.
