Hi Anthony.
Yes you can! It's very simple mate. Get back if you experience any
problems okay. Here goes.
1. Open the music file you wish to split
2. Start listening to the first track by pressing F4.
3. Once you are at the end of the track, press F7 to pause playback.
You can press F5 to rewind, then F4 to get right where you want to split the
file.
4. Hold down the Control key and press the letter q to drop a Que Point
5.Press F7 to resume playback until you get to the next place where you wish
to split the file.
Do this all the way through the recording until you reach the end.
6. Hold down the Alt Key and press the letter E, then select Que Points,
press Enter then Enter on Split Tracks.
You will be prompted for a place to store your individual tracks, so that's
it done.
