I am looking for suggestions for getting real audio to start all their games on time. I am talking about th enba basketball audio for the playoffs. Teamline handles the service. However, they have to get permission from real audio to start the audio of the feed. Teamline provides sports over the phone and so has the audio of the game. I am being stonewalled by realaudio. I know I am because I have called and have gotten the games connected by teamline in the past. Realaudio has stated that it takes a while if the automated system fails but I have gotten the game connected in seconds when I have called teamline. However, there is only one person who is willing to do this. He is not there on sundays at least and so the games can be connected halfway thru the first quarter. I can't get anywhere with broadcast support. Since I am just a customer they reffer me to customer support.
