Hi, i have tried to use this same software with nero 6, and have the check

output files are ready to be burned with appropriate software, but does
 not
continue and automatically prompt me to put in the empty disc or burn.
what can be wrong, any idea?

hi casey, yes you can use dvd shrink and nero. just place the dvd in your
drive and open dvd shrink. befor you can start the process you need to
 tell
dvd shrink to use nero. open dvd shrink and go to the edit menu in the
 edit
menu will find the preference click on that and shift tab once and then
 ctrl
tab to the file/iso item and tab to use nero. then close and go to the
process of a disk. dvd shrink will tell you automatically when to place
 a
blank dsik in to the drive to copy it.

HI does that work for DVD's that are copy right protected like ones with TV
shows on them and movies that you have purchased in a store? Or is that
just for copying do d's that you get from friends and the like that aren't
copyright protected? Can you explain that steps that you will need to use
if this does work with copyright protected DVD's and where can I get DVD
shrink from? Or can you send it along to me to my a-mail address. Or give
me the easiest site to go and get the DVD shrink from. Thanks and have a

 Houdy,

Even though I've never used those programs myself, you certainly can if
 you
have them as part of the nero ultra package. While we're talking about
 this,
 how accessible are the programs?
I found DVD shrink to be rather easy to work with.

actually you can use incombo nero vision and nero recode to do the same
 and
 the quality is much better.
also if the dvd is copy protected you would need a program like any dvd.

HI does that work for DVD's that are copy right protected like ones with
 TV
shows on them and movies that you have purchased in a store? Or is that
just for copying do d's that you get from friends and the like that aren't
copyright protected? Can you explain that steps that you will need to use
if this does work with copyright protected DVD's and where can I get DVD
shrink from? Or can you send it along to me to my a-mail address. Or
 give
me the easiest site to go and get the DVD shrink from. Thanks and have a
 nice day.

 Hi Casey,

I use DVD shrink which is freeware and it works quite well with nero.
 First
I created the backup with DVD shrink and after it completes it will
 prompt
you to burn the DVD with nero. You tell it ok and it takes care of the
 rest
for ya. No hassles or anything like that.
