Was it www.jaws-users.com at least that's what it sounds like to me. There's
a programs page on there that has all that stuff. Try it and let me know if
that was it.

Hi Jim
I recently joined Skype and was sent the following information regarding the
different types of Webcams, headsets, WiFi phones and cordless phones for

Some podcasts most definitely require iTunes for retrieving though, of
course, once downloaded can be listened to with any program you like.
For that reason, I keep iTunes on my system along with the venerable
Juice.

I have discovered one trick to download iTunes specific podcasts with other
podcatchers like winamp and Juice. If you can find the URL for the podcast,
and if it starts with the string itpc// then you can use the same string
for the URL in Winamp except replace itpc// with http//. Using this

Brian,
Here is what I copied from the Insert key W hot key list, in Win Amp 5.56:
To pan 50% left, press ALT+CTRL+J,
To center sound, press ALT+CTRL+K,
To pan 50% right, press ALT+CTRL+L,
To pan 100% right, press ALT+CTRL+SEMI COLON . I think you may want to have a
file running, to be able to
Christopher
Thanks for mentioning the trick.
Let me also mention that ITunes 8 is far more screen reader friendly than
previous versions were. So while I still prefer using Juice as my
podcatcher of choice, I no longer fear iTunes either.

Friends I'd like to ask a question.
One folder I have has 3.23 gb of music. and those are just single songs.
another one on the same external drive that I have has Just a second,
about oh, 25 gb of once again single songs. all in .mp3. will those
folders fit on single-sided dvd's?
I don't
Randy,
Not sure what you're asking, but I believe you want to burn your MP3 files
to DVD discs for backup purposes, right? If so, then you're limited to 4.7
gigs of space on a single layer DVD. If you burn to a dual layer DVD you
have some 8.5 Gigs of room. If you really want to go nuts you
don't want to love any of this music!

Houdy,
The first file can be backed up on one single DVD. As for the remaining 25
gigs you'll have to back those up on 8 separate discs.
