Howdy, This site (see below) might be of interest to some. The description says that it "lets you solve computer related problems simply by asking questions in plain, everyday language to access knowledge bases from Microsoft, Intuit (makers of Quicken) and Adobe, with more vendors planned."
In other words, you type in a computer related question, define the parameters, and click "Ask" ... and there you have a series of answers.
