Hi all, I have Windows98, and from one of my subscriptions (could have been this one *my favorite*), I downloaded something called "Common Controls" and what it does is presumably upgrade Windows Common Controls.
Could someone tell me exactly (without getting to complicated) what that does and if it is necessary?
