Oh. I forget about this:
you have to copy "libwinpthread-1.dll" & "libdl.dll" (make sure the
folder where you copy matches the arch of your build) from your msys2
installation to the same folder where "s4pd.dll" is.

I got the object running and printing. not sure if it loads properly the
.scm files. I got the same results as building for Linux.
