The keynames you use as creation arguments turn the player/granulator on
and off, as do the toggles. I don't know why you don't get the

The curve is not really smoothed (you can add more vertices if you
want).
I can't see another possibility here, if you want only one form
working with [draw_line] and [draw_fill] (and if the angle of your
slice is 180° because you will get a concave form).
Maybe it can help you.
