there's only one tutorial there because the site was made by the author
for the material he made himself. if you don't like it, you can write your
own tutorial/site, such as

I'm trying to develop cross-platform, but I can't figure out how to
get [hidio] to compile on Windows. OS X and Linux were easy with that
makefile! I only need mouse/trackpad and keyboard entry, and I like
the format that [hidio] uses and the more complete key mapping. Is

Yes but binaries for which architecture?
Linux runs on a lot of different processors and they don't all have the
same binary instruction set.
