[PD] Unpacking symbol to letters

Hi I'm trying to unpack a symbol into individual consecutive letters e.g. hello becomes h e l l o Are there any suggestions to completing this in PD, if not I'll have to bounce back and forth data to LISP. Many Thanks ___ Pd-list@iem.at mailing

[PD] PD Float accuracy

Hi I need PD to make simple but accurate calculations for a sonification project. However there seems to be a problem working accurately with floats that have 7 or more digits in total (before or after the decimal point). PD always seem to round the figure to 6 digits whether in a calculation,
