GUI seemed to lockup/stop_making_changes a couple of times but the freeze
button seems to loosen it up again.

thanks for taking the time to report back. the streaming server is
located in Austria afaik (IEM). if most of the viewers aren't
experiencing buffering, i could give more quality to the stream (right
now around 200kib/s - 720p).
