Hi folks, so, what are the options out there for Pitch Shifting?
I usually use the Phase Vocoder, but there is an inevitable little bit of
delay and the buffer issue.
But the Pitch Shift example (G09.pitchshift.pd) sounds terrible next to the
phase vocoder, I think. And, well, basically I'd like
Yeah, I think just create 50 arrays with size 10 or something, then load
them using 'read -resize' to soundfiler. If you need to "deactivate" an
array, you can send it a resize message to make it small. See attached

Hey all, FWIW I went to hear the wavefield array in Ilmenau

Dear Participants of the 4th Pure Data Convention 2011,
Tuesday afternoon we offer an excursion to our Partner Fraunhofer Institute for
Digital Media Technology (IDMT) in Ilmenau with two small vans. You'll get to
see the wave-field synthesis system IOSONO and a few other of their
developments.
Yep, agree. I was asking about a non-external solution, but I had overlooked

thanks for the advice.

Given say 50 presets with each 250 samples some of them read direct

Presets do not need to switch instantly, loading might take few seconds.
But switching a large number of times as in

Hello, IMHE, netsend works perfectly in Linux, OSX and Windows, the only

Hi João
I'm mainly interested in using Pd for scientific and engineering

routines, but I have no clue how data structures work.
About the only application I can think of right now is a "data
