Try putting the 'many' abstractions right in your project to get it working.
But yes, a bug report will still be appreciated so I will remember to check on

Hi,
I wanted to try the many library by HC Steiner because i m gonna need to
instanciate a few hundreds of canvs objects. It doesn't seem to be working
in windows. The object in which the instances are supposed to be can't be
created.
I know it's an alpha release...

Any error text you might have, and which version of Pd-(extended) you
