Hello Jose Luis Santorcuato,
You can test this.
This is some test of mine with a blue color.
But I think this isn't good to use a pix_background with a color tracking.
I stop this test because I have a problem with my webcam and GEM so I
use to do this now.

try to minimize the tracking color in the background. There's probably a
Gem object
How will you avoid gating the color of the object you're trying to track as
well?
To use your method below I'd suggest using some combination of [separator]
and [pix_background] to create a mask so that [pix_blob] (or the color gate,
depending on the setup) only affects new objects introduced
