2nd outlet of vcf~ is a resonant lowpass I just tried, and it seems
to look that way.
is that a new development? there doesn't seem to be much info on that...

I realized it a year ago or so... technically it's the imaginary part of
a one-pole complex filter, but looking at the spectrum it's a resonant
lowpass :)

looks like it's supposed to be a bandpass output based on a pd-list post
from 12(!) years ago. i can't believe there's still no coverage in the help
file this many years later...

[PD] still missing from pd

2012-09-04 Thread i go bananas
after more than 10 years, i still find it amazing that pd vanilla
doesn't have the following:

1) proper builtin resonant low and highpass filters. lowpass at
least, come on!

2) threaded soundfiler

what's wrong with using externals?

perl is still missing built-in http support after 25 years...

1 - try second outlet of vcf~

2 - This can be accomplished with readsf~ and tabwrite~ so I don't think
a dedicated object is necessary.

cheers
