Or, as of 0.46, you can specify them by name (in case the numbers switch around): pd -midiaddindev device-name-1 -midiaddindev device-name-2 [...] You can get the device names by looking at the MID dialog, or by starting pd -listdev Theoretically, you can add all the -midiaddindev (etc)
