I forgot I had Big Sur (macOS 11) on a separate partition. I can then confirm that macos7 loads in Big Sur just fine, but you have to insist as on the first time the OS tells you have to throw it in the trash or something like that. On the 2nd attempt with a right click you can beg for it to open,
