Great ! It works when I use "Pd-0.48-0-i386" on Mac OS X (64bits).
And if someone knows about the Windows10 + [pix_video] issue ?
Thanks

Hi,
I'm trying to install Gem on Mac Os X (Imac 64 bits Intel) with the last
Pd.0.48.0.vanilla, and I'm stuck. I've installed it with Deken and I wrote -lib
Gem as usual. No Gem objects. On the same computer, I've tested the "Egregore"
patch from CHDH which uses Pd.0.46-2 + Gem 0.93.3, and it
Hi,
It is just a proposition. If the approach and the result are admitted, I can
compact all needed attributes in one single .css file.
After, we could take also new screenshots. My opinion is that the manual must
look pleasant to be read and responsive for mobile readers.
Just some
Some people try to write pd htlm documentation with a single file (pandoc) :

I would like to suggest to make it easier/pleasant to read, and design some css

Hi,
When I write a simple tcl plugin to display a menu after the "Help" menu, it
appears on Ubuntu and Mac os X, but not in Windows.
Example :
set myfantasticmenu "fantastic"
menu .menubar.$myfantasticmenu
.menubar add cascade -label [_ [string totitle $myfantasticmenu]] -menu

That's my question:
On Linux, installing Gem via Deken is not enough, we need installing it with
"apt-get".
Goal:
I want to know the installation process in order to

Hi,
Sorry for the last mail...
I'm trying to get URLs of libraries for each platform, download them and unzip

After removing gem linux package, this error message appears in Pd - verbose

When I "sudo apt-get install libftgl2", it is ok.

Hi.
Beyond the topic, I wonder also how to know if a library needs "-lib" option,
and for which operating system. For iemlib, on Xubuntu the "-path" option is
enough, on Windows, I need to add "-lib". Hard to follow if it is not the same
option between platforms.

Hi,
I hade some problems with Arduino Leonardo boards / Firmata (even with very
simple serial communications). On Windows 10 and some Mac computers it does not
work. On Linux it is ok. With an Arduino UNO, no problem.
Did someone notice this kind of issue ?
Thanks.

Hi all,
Does anyone find a way to test if an argument is void into an abstraction ? The
default behavior is to consider it as a float "0", but it would be very helpful
to distinguish a "0" and no argument.
Thanks.

# X-PLATFORM INSTALLATION NOTES
Hi,
For the new version of [malinette](http://framagit.org/malinette), I would like
to find the easiest way to install pd with 21 external libraries and our
project. Here, "Installation" has not the same meaning than "INSTALL.txt" file,
which is about

Hi,
Thanks for Deken development, it is really helpful.
I wonder if it would be possible to add a feature to deken, like : "download a
list of externals" or show a window with checkboxes per lib.
It could be very useful in workshops to use few libraries with students. So
download them once.
