[PD] protect [drawnumber] from mouse interaction

Hi all

Is there a conceptual reason that [drawpolygon]/[filledpolygen] support
-x, xr, xe and [drawnumber] does not?

I sometimes use [drawnumber] as labels and would like to make the
numbers non-editable.
