something to do with Leopard on OSXhas anybody had a similar

By the way, it seems that one argument in a donecanvasdialog message
corresponds to both the graph on parent and hide object name
toggles in the gui dialog -- 0 for both toggles off, 1 for just GOP on
-- any other integer for both toggles on.

Sounds very likely that the preferences are messed up. Delete your
preferences ~/Library/Preferences/org.puredata.pd.plist, or if that
doesn't work, reinstall Pd-extended.
