The reviews I've read put the auto focus speed of the K-3 and K-5II on
par, but the K-3 is more granular, due to the increased number of focus
points. I can only speak to the K-5II vs the K20D, and it's a
revelation, Pentax auto focus that generally works...

Tanks, Attila. The flash was under the crystal in all shots. I put some
colored refractors on the flash for a multi colored effect. If the
crystal is relatively clear it can refract the light from the flash and
pop from the background.
