Hi Anthony,
Rather curiously, the same association (with the same images) was brought up
in the very first comment at the bottom of that webpage. :-)
(It might be hard to read the comments because of the language, but the
image is easy.)
Cheers,

The signs are tidy but they say nothing about your photography...I'd say
you need at least one photo example on the signsor at least some
indication that
what you are peddling are photographsfor display as opposed to a photo
studio where people would stop to get thier portrait taken..

Caesar Matamoros just posted his " safe " message on facebook... I
didn't remember if he still had a home in Panama City -- he and his kin
are safe but
he writes "Relocating parents and aunt to California. Both houses are
damaged. Returning to Southeast in a week."
Panama City is just west
Thanks for the comment, Jack.

This is the weekend of the Santa Cruz Open Studios. I decided that it
was a good opportunity to put a sign out and see if anyone stops by.
The answer being that I didn't get anyone stop by from the signage and
timing. The good news is that it was good practice, I learned some of
the pitfalls
Think you did the right thing!

A hundred shots? Bloody hell!
Great
Webster's Dictionary thinks it's an "alternative form of divot".
I think it's hipster speak for "I'm too cool to use a spell checker."

Looks like a stealth fighter. A little more room to the right hand edge would
suit me if it were mine.

A butterfly? Strange critter; delta wing shape, reminiscent of some
futuristic fighter jet.
I like the detail in the wings, and the reflection works very well, in my
view.
Another fine Macro.

Another sixlegged thingy. 645D, A-120/macro. ISO 200, f/8 and stacked
from about a hundred shots with Zerene stacker.

It's a misprint of dévot. They were a kind of hard-right Catholic puritan

with a fanatical devotion to Pope, who took it upon themselves to guarantee the
doctrinal purity of France in the face of Protestantism and
I'm confused by the term "divet". I presume this is a cross between divot and
duvet. So there's a lump of insulating turf on the back to give your thumb
some comfort? Sounds typically Leica but very high maintenance to me.
